On the advice of the fellow working the liquor store, I picked up a bottle of Sailor Jerry Rum. I killed a little over half the bottle on the first night.

    If you like Captain Morgan, then I truly suggest you give this a go. It is a spiced rum like Captain Morgan, but it is a little stronger and a bit less “sweet”.

    Best I can put it is that Sailor Jerry has a bit less vanilla flavor.

    Thanks…not into the sweet type of rum, but sometimes I like an extra bit of flavor. Will definitely try this one.
