I feel like a heel. In the midst of wallowing in self-pity, I completely missed this recipe in my email.

Side Car

1 part Knob Creek bourbon
1/2 part triple sec
1/2 part lemon juice (NOT lemonade, EVER!!!)

Combine bourbon, triple sec and lemon juice, stir. Serve in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. Best if rim is sugared. I used “Raw Sugar” for its amber color and molasses undertones
