   That principle works unless one is dealing with contemporary products of our education industry, since almost all of them have had ingenuity beaten out of them. The rest have apparently given themselves lobotomies.

   True, but this is how you find greatness. Unfortunately, with the current cost of hiring (and firing) an employee, it is expensive to do things this way.
