Comfortable clothes

At risk of giving a little bit of my personal life away …
Anyone who wears BDUs knows that they’re kind of like blue jeans. They’re stiff and scratchy when they’re new but the older they are the more comfortable they become. Sadly, today I had to retire my favorite pair of BDU trousers.
*moment of silence*
I hate breaking in new pants, but damn, they do look sharp when brand new.

Yeah, I remember my old BDU’s, and they were indeed comfortable once broken in.
Same with combat boots, once you’d worn them a while, they were as comfortable as slippers.
My favorite uniform, though, was the old solid green fatigues. Much preferable to the bdu’s.
Whatever you do, do NOT substitute them with the current ACUs….they are designed to disintegrate (and I am not exaggerating, either) after about six months or so. And patching them up is useless.
Fucking “made in China” shit…
That’s why I still have the old BDUs around.
So, does this mean you are currently sans pants, ArmedGeek?
Heh
You know, that’s not a real answer….
