Murtha’s dead.

“Congressman John P. Murtha (PA-12) passed away peacefully this afternoon at 1:18 p.m. at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Va. At his bedside was his family,” read a statement from his office.
I can’t say that I care terribly much that the guy is dead. The special election will likely be entertaining.

My own thought was that the only sad thing about his passing is that he apparently didn’t repent and renounce his evil ways beforehand. Otherwise? Good riddance to bad rubbish.
My condolences do go out to his family, for though he was an epic thorn and a traitor, I’m sure they did love him, and he them.
All that said, I’m sure the Devil’s dancing with delight at this soul coming down to the Rings of Hell.
Yeah, I’m with Aggie in that I do have sympathy for Murtha’s family, and I hope they get through this time with strength and grace.
That being said, if it were possible, I would definitely volunteer to be the one that opens up the Gates of Hell and shoves that motherfucking sonuvabitch waste of flesh pussbag right into the old fiery pit.
Well as a PA resident, although not that district, I’m right there with you all. Sympathies to the family and one less incumbent lib to have to be voted out. I’m hopefull for a GOP grab here. We bitter religion and gun clingers can hold a grudge.
