Multitudinous Echoes Awoke…

…and died in the distance…..And, when the echoes had ceased, like a sense of pain was the silence.*

A “light echo” is formed as light travels from the orange glowing supergiant through gas and dust. Maybe I’m being romantic, but the foreground stars look like twinkling diamonds on a bed of soft sable. Or milk chocolate.

Hmm…..if you look at it just right, it could be a cherry cordial with part of the top bitten off.
Imagine living out there nearby and seeing that up close every night…
