The EPA has been wanting to regulate us for a long time now. Unfortunately for them, Texas can see this is not only a power grab, but also a way to institute higher taxes and cull jobs. Governor Perry is fighting back, using this latest ploy by the EPA to expose the unconstitutionality of it. The problem for the EPA is that this transcends political lines, thus giving more ammo to Perry, while undercutting Bill White. Our economy is flourishing, and Obama can’t have that, can he?
