What….the….HELL???? Since when is it the jurisdiction of MEXICO to patrol our lands??? Did I miss the Reconquista, or something??

This is at least the sixth violent, ethnically-charged incident that has taken place in the neighborhood since April
Not to be cold here, but how is this news, exactly? Unless the city of New York and the burrough of Staten Island has been living under a rock, of course. Then I would understand. Of interest is the lack of information as to the ethnicity of the attackers. The following paragraph, though, brings to light the wherefore of the situation:
“We will act decisively in order to protect our citizens and will actively promote that those guilty of these vicious attacks are brought to justice expeditiously. We are working hand-in-hand with local authorities on all levels,” said Consul General of Mexico in New York.
Ahhhh…..now I get it. The victim is a citizen of Mexico.
The latest victim is a construction worker who has called the United States his home for the last five years.
This is why the Mexican Consulate has decided to “co-operate” and post guards at Staten Island. A move the consulate says is “an effort to safeguard the rights of individuals and effectively assist and provide information to the Mexican residents of this area.”
I was having such a great day, too. Then came the decision on SB 1070, and then I had to read this crap. If you want to see how political correctness is killing a nation, you don’t have to look at France or England. Just look at New York City. The fact that they are allowing the Mexican government to patrol their jurisdiction is in itself criminal.

As for Arizona, it ain’t over yet. There are more courts to take this to.
I was kinda hoping the Arizona authorities would show some balls and tell the federal judge to take a flying fuck at a speeding diesel.
The Arizona response should have been: “That’s Arizona law, and within the borders of Arizona, our law is sovereign.”
Or something to that effect.
If they wanted to be less polite, they could have responded with something along the lines of “Why don’t you try to enforce your decision, fuck-face?”
As far as the mexican officials patrolling the streets of New York, I wonder if a proper response on the part of the citizenry would be to perform a citizen’s arrest on the mexican official for operating illegally within our country, then if the city of New York starts trouble for those citizens and tries to back up the mexican official, start up the process and take the thing all the way to the Supreme Court.
Of course, it might be nice to also look at it as an “invasion by a foreign power” and an subsequent attempt to enforce their authority within sovereign U.S. soil, and respond by blowing the invaders to kingdom come. Ah, one can dream, huh?
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t condone the beating, and I hope the NYPD catches the thugs and they got to jail. I hope the Mexican citizen is going to be ok. I just question the legality of letting another country patrol our sovereign lands.
Especially a country that has been screaming to “get back” what they think is rightfully theirs. Which as we all know, is complete and utter horseshit, dressed in pig offal.
So if this is a Mexican citizen, after his wounds heal he should get the fuck out of the USA, matter of fact, ALL Mexican citizens should get the fuck out. There, problem solved…
hmmm…..due to Posse Comitatus we can not use military for certain law enforcement issues, but the MEXICANS can ‘patrol’ and post people on the streets?
