Saw this movie (again) just a week or so back. Great little flick with a nice little tweak at the very end.
Being too lazy to look, was there ever a sequel?

The best half a movie since Full Metal Jacket.
And if memory serves there were two direct to video sequels, both about as shit as the second half of the first one.

Ya’all probably know this already but … Salma was actually dancing to a quite-fast-paced rock song in that scene, and they slowed it down to a fourth-speed or whatever. You can tell by watching the snakes head. Moves waaaay too fast in places.
You understand I had to watch it about 20 times: I kept forgetting to look at the snake head.

It’s pretty much the only scene I remember from the movie. Of course, it’s the only one I watch over & over so that might have something to do with it . The two sequels were completely forgettable and Hayekless.

I dunno, I liked the movie. One of my favorite movie lines comes from that one:
If memory serves, it’s
“Are you a preacher who’s lost his faith, or are you a mean motherfucking man of God?
